Around the World in 28 Days: Hong Kong

When we got married, Jason & I decided to go against what every pre-marital book suggested for honeymooning and we planned a crazy trip of a lifetime, circling the globe.  I definitely would not suggest this type of honeymoon to most couples, but we had a BLAST exploring the world together!

First stop - Hong Kong for two nights.  We had a great time here, found it fairly easy to get around and although we had only a short visit, felt like we got to see a lot.  One of the things we will never forgot is how HOT & HUMID it was!  We were literally soaked in sweat nearly every moment of the day, looking like we'd just had a shower.

The skyline in Victoria Harbor is amazing!

We hopped a boat out to visit an island which is home to the largest sitting bronze buddha in the world.  It was impressive.

The skyline at night was even more beautiful!
