Jing'an Temple
I'm realizing that very soon, temples in China will begin to be like cathedrals in Europe. Each beautiful and awe-inspiring ... but they all start to look alike.
We visited this temple a few weeks ago and although one would think that a temple would be in a calm, worship-inspiring location...this one was the complete opposite. It was surrounded by overwhelmingly busy city streets.
These women were heartily attempting to toss coins into the upper reaches of this temple centerpiece. We never found out why, but they were a lot of fun to watch
